Martyred Leader's Blood Has Raised Banner of Islamic Unity, Steadfastness: Pakistani Cleric

The president of Pakistan’s Ummah Wahida party has stated that the blood of the martyred leader has raised the banner of Islamic unity and steadfastness.

Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Mohammad Amin Shahidi, in remarks, said: "The pure blood of the martyred leader has today become a symbol of Muslim resilience and solidarity, and the Islamic Ummah, by adhering to Wilayah, unity, and divine ideals, can overcome the challenges and conspiracies of arrogance."

He added that the massive turnout of millions at the funeral and commemoration ceremonies in Tehran, Qom, and Mashhad once again proved that the bond between the Iranian nation and the Islamic Revolution, Wilayat-e Faqih, and the martyred leader has not only not weakened but has grown stronger than ever. Men, women, the youth, the elderly, and even children displayed their loyalty and devotion to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution through their passionate presence.

The president of Ummah Wahida, pointing to the propaganda campaign of Western media, said: "Over the past 47 years, media outlets affiliated with the hegemonic system have consistently tried to suggest that the Iranian people have distanced themselves from the Islamic Revolution and the establishment. However, the unprecedented and massive turnout of the people following the martyrdom of the martyred leader rendered all this propaganda ineffective and demonstrated that the Iranian nation will defend the Islamic Revolution and its values to the last drop of their blood."

He continued: "Despite years of economic pressure, sanctions, and political challenges, the Iranian nation has never retreated from the principles, ideals, and values of the Islamic Revolution. The people's steadfastness, spirit of sacrifice, and deep-rooted faith stand as clear testimony to their unwavering resolve to safeguard the revolution and the Islamic system under any circumstances."

The prominent Pakistani cleric, in another part of his remarks, said that the sentiments of the Pakistani people align with the same path, stating: "The Pakistani nation has always declared its solidarity with Wilayat-e Faqih, the Islamic Revolution, and its lofty Islamic and humanitarian goals." According to him, should an order be issued by the leader of Muslims, the youth, adults, and even teenagers of Pakistan stand ready to sacrifice with all their might in defense of Islamic ideals.

Hojatoleslam Shahidi noted that the widespread support shown by the Pakistani people for the Islamic Revolution in recent days, manifested through gatherings, rallies, and various public programs, demonstrated that the emotional and ideological bond between the Pakistani nation and the ideals of the Islamic Revolution is deep and enduring.

He went on to reflect on the character and services of the martyred leader, stating: "The martyred leader dedicated his entire blessed life to the honor, independence, unity, and dignity of the Islamic Ummah, and along this path, by sacrificing his own life and those of his loved ones, he displayed the highest manifestations of selflessness and devotion. This is the very path of the divine prophets, the friends of God, and the luminous teachings of the Holy Quran, and the prosperity of this world and the hereafter lies in walking this very path."

He added: "The pure blood of the martyred leader has today become a symbol of unity, honor, dignity, and steadfastness for the Islamic Ummah. If Muslims maintain their unity and adhere to this divine path, they will be able to overcome arrogance, colonialism, and divisive currents, and under the banner of Wilayah and the Islamic system, carve out an honorable and powerful future for the Islamic Ummah."

The head of Ummah Wahida Pakistan, expressing hope for the future of the Islamic Ummah, said: "We are certain that a day will come when, with the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), the banner of the Islamic Revolution will be handed over to His Eminence, and the Islamic Ummah, united and undivided, will rise under a single flag to establish truth, justice, and the destruction of falsehood."

In conclusion, he stressed: "The shared message of the Holy Quran, the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), Imam Khomeini, and the martyred leader is a call to the Islamic Ummah for unity, adherence to Wilayah, steadfastness, and endurance; for the honor, progress, victory, and salvation of Muslims lie in remaining committed to these very divine principles and values."
